KRE managed to sell a building for us on Slauson for record-breaking numbers, which was an impressive accomplishment in and of itself. But the successes didn't stop there. KRE was able to leverage his expertise in 1031 exchanges to help us reinvest the profits into another property just minutes away from our house. Within a couple of years, the property appreciated by around 20%, and initially served as an owner-user space for us. KRE then found a tenant who not only upgraded the building but has also been punctual with payments every single month.
